About me
Vanessa Bullock is West Tennessee Legal Services’ Director of Special Projects, where she oversees grants providing holistic legal services to special populations, including the elderly and veterans. She also supervises several HUD-funded initiatives, including the Mid-South Housing Counseling Project (for which WTLS serves as a national intermediary), a statewide Fair Housing Initiative Program Private Enforcement Initiative, and a statewide Eviction Prevention Project. Ms. Bullock earned her Bachelor of Business Administration and Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi and is licensed to practice law in Mississippi and Tennessee. She has lectured on fair housing rights across Tennessee, represented complainants in housing discrimination cases, and provided civil legal assistance to low-income residents in matters affecting housing stability, including homeownership and rental housing issues.
