About me
Rebecca Delius (she/her) is a paralegal with the Eviction Right to Counsel program at the Legal Aid Society of Middle Tennessee and the Cumberlands. A Nashville native, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and English from the University of Mississippi. Rebecca spent more than a decade working in the business affairs and legal departments of performing rights organization Broadcast Music, Inc. (BMI), in both Nashville and New York, before pivoting toward social justice work. In that field, she supported individuals returning from incarceration and now brings that commitment to her role at Legal Aid, where she assists housing attorneys and helps tenants navigate eviction defense.
