Juan Ibarra has over 20 years of military, law enforcement, investigations, and most recently, Mediator. Juan has an undergraduate degree from the University Of La Verne in Organizational Management, has completed over 150 hours of training on interviewing, negotiations, mediations through FMCS, Qverity.com, and Lipscomb University. Juan is also a rule 31 listed Mediator in the state of Tennessee. Juan was formal Police Officer, a Department of Labor Wage and Hour Investigator, and EEOC Investigator.Juan is bilingual and has conducted hundreds of investigations which led to the prosecution of individuals both criminally and civilly. Juan has mediated hundreds of EEOC cases nationally and has a high rate of success. Juan has conducted training nationally to EEOC enforcement staff, SHRM, and other Federal Investigators.
