Charles “Chuck” Holliday is the Founder and trial attorney at Holliday Law, located in Jackson, TN. He represents clients facing legal battles involving car and truck wrecks, workplace injuries, wrongful termination, and federal lawsuits against the government for denied SSD benefits. He received his Juris Doctor at the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law (2006). Served as President of the Student Bar Association and was the 2006 Mock Trial Champion. Chuck holds an M.A. from the University of Memphis and a B.A. from Ithaca College. He was Recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star (2013–2017). He frequently presents CLE courses through the Tennessee Bar Association.
